Endoscopy Account Managers (EAM)

Your primary equipment contact and strategic advisor. EAMs are experts in Olympus® capital products and clinical applications.

EndoTherapy Territory Managers (ETM)

Your primary single-use device contact. ETMs are consultants for all your Olympus® endoscopy diagnostic and therapeutic device needs.

Technical Support

Field Service Engineers (FSE)

Also part of your Olympus® Service Agreement, this is the team working when you’re not. FSEs are hands-on experts who provide on-site support, including equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs. ​

When you deliver patient care, you want to be confident in your equipment. Our FSEs are focused on having your equipment ready to perform when you are. ​

Technical Support Engineers (TSE)

Our Technical Assistance Center, based at our headquarters in Center Valley, PA, is home to our dedicated Technical Support Engineers (TSEs). Working around the clock, they remotely diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using our state-of-the-art lab. Equipped with mobile headsets, they can replicate real customer scenarios live — guiding teams step-by-step to a solution in real time.

Clinical Support

Clinical Application Specialists (CAS)

Our Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) provide your team the support and training they need for Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), which is more frequently being performed in an ambulatory setting.

Each CAS is a board-certified Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). This dynamic team will help educate your staff on the safe and effective use of EUS equipment and provide troubleshooting, on-going case support, and in-service training for new installations or upgrades.

Clinical EndoTherapy Specialists (CES)

Your CES is part of a tenured team of GI Nurses and Techs that educate your team on the safe and effective use of Olympus® single-use devices.

With advanced clinical experience, this team is there to help support procedures, train staff and provide continuing education credits for nurses and techs.

Service & Repair

Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Our Customer Service Representatives are just a call away, ready to help with friendly and reliable support. This dedicated team can assist with product ordering, service estimates, return authorizations, and loaner coordination—allowing your team to focus on patient care.

Infection Prevention

Endoscopy Support Specialists (ESS)

With your Olympus® Service Agreement, an ESS becomes an extension of your team. They provide contract performance reporting, asset reviews, education on proper reprocessing, and tools to enhance care, handling, and repair prevention strategies.​

They also guide you through the MyOlympus® Service Portal, so that your records are current and performance is tracked with ease. ​

From repair prevention to accreditation readiness, your ESS provides the trusted support your center needs to stay confident, compliant, and prepared.

Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)

The Olympus® Infection Prevention and Control team (IPC) is part of the Olympus Medical and Scientific Affairs. This team focuses on the why - the science behind the infection risk, microbial contamination, and epidemiology in endoscope reprocessing and clincal practice. IPC experts provide scientific consultation, educational resources, and evidence-based insights to support infection risk reduction across the entire healthcare environment.​
