The Olympus WA52050A mediastinoscope's advanced features are designed for lymph node staging in the upper area of the mediastinum. The instrument’s dilating spatula can be spread to expand the view of the operative field and a built-in telescope ensures immediate visibility inside the mediastinum. A suction/irrigation accessory provides lens rinsing and smoke evacuation from the distal part of the optic lens to keep the field of view clear.
