Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Provide phone support for diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services, including equipment repair advice, service estimates, return authorizations and loaner coordination.
Infection Prevention

Streamline Your Repair Requests
MyOlympus Service is designed to streamline the repair and maintenance experience for Olympus customers. With features like real-time tracking, service request management, and access to equipment histories, it offers a centralized hub for managing your Olympus products.
With a MyOlympus Service account, you may:
- Request service, repair, advanced replacement, loaners, or on-site support
- Request preventative maintenance, reprocessing, and repair reduction in-service and business reviews
- Track and manage service requests and view upcoming appointments, approve repair estimates, and access service details and documents
- Manage equipment, agreements and budgets
- View equipment inventory and service agreement information
- Access repair histories and run reports
Endoscopy Support Specialists (ESS)
As frontline experts, your Olympus® ESSs help customers navigate the MyOlympus Service portal and maximize its benefits. ESSs also support training in the safe and effective use of Olympus equipment, in addition to reprocessing, contract performance, and helping to reduce repair frequency and improve uptime.
Field Service Engineers (FSE)
FSEs are hands-on experts who provide on-site support, including equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs. They are dispatched through MyOlympus Service when physician service is required, and their goal is to maximize uptime and ensure Olympus equipment operates at peak performance.
