Endo SafeStack™ Endoscope Transport System

Secure, Protect, Identify.

Damaged endoscopes can lead to expensive repairs and lost revenue due to scope down time. Scratched areas of endoscopes may harbor bacteria that can be difficult to clean. Biofilm formation on the inner surface of the endoscope channels, especially when these channels become scratched or damaged, can result in failure of the decontamination process.1 Endo SafeStack is an endoscope transportation system that:

  • Protects endoscopes during transport and temporary storage
  • Provides a secure method for moving endoscopes to and from procedure and reprocessing rooms
  • Establishes a clear process for identifying clean and contaminated endoscopes

Endo SafeStack protects endoscopes using:

  • Rigid trays and lids:
    • Cover the outside of the endoscope
    • Allow secure scope stacking for temporary storage
  • A patented "O" Ring Guide Wall:
    • Helps keep scopes from sliding during transport
  • Optional 5, 7, or 10 shelf carts:
    • Securely transport endoscopes over longer distances
  • Sterile Liners:
    • Feature at-a-glance identification of clean/contaminated scope status

Key Benefits

Protection

  • Rigid containers provide added security when transporting endoscopes
  • Interlocking groove design allows trays to be easily stacked
  • Patented  tray design with “O” ring secures endoscopes during transport
  • Color-coded liner system mitigates cross contamination risk
  • Lockable castors keep transport carts stationary
  • Durable, powder-coated stainless steel cart naturally prevents rust
  • Meets society guidelines
SGNA: Transport the soiled endoscope to the reprocessing area in a closed container that prevents exposing staff, patients, or the environment to potentially infectious organisms.2

Flexiblity

  • Available in flexible cart options, including 5, 7, or 10 shelf configurations
  • Use the cart system to transport endoscopes through larger facilities or as temporary storage while waiting for procedures or reprocessing
  • Use stackable trays without carts in areas with space limitations
  • Endo SafeStack system may be placed in a cart washer, and can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees F

Easy Identification

  • Single use, sterile, green and red visual indicators provide at-a-glance identification of clean and dirty endoscopes
